Requirements for publishing, ETHICS edition of "FES: Finance. Economy. Strategy. "
Article shall be executed in accordance with the requirements of publication (for Authors). are required to comply with the following rules:
1. Magazine "FES: Finance. Economy. Strategy "published articles from 01/01/2018 on the fields of science:
From 01.01.2019 in the direction of:
- 08.00.05 - Economics and management of the national economy
From 01.01.2018 in the following directions:
- 08.00.00 in all specialties of economics,
- 05.18.00 Technology of food products.
Until 01.01.2018 the articles were published in the following areas:
12.00.00 - Jurisprudence,
05.13.00 Computer science, computer facilities and management;
05.18.00 Technology of food products;
05.23.00 Construction and architecture.
The article must specify the UDC, keywords (in English and Russian languages, 5-10 words or phrases), abstract (in English and Russian languages to 150-200 words), a list of references (in Russian and English, about 15 sources are not older than 10 years old, designed in accordance with GOST 2008 7.0.5- "bibliographic references").
The main headings (sections) of the journal: Year of creation of the scientific periodical 2004, re-registration of the journal in 2007. Former periodicity of the scientific periodical: 4 issues per year. The magazine has been published monthly since July 2008. Since 2021, the magazine has been published with a frequency of 10 issues per year.

Abstracts of articles, keywords, author information and bibliographic lists are freely available on the Internet in Russian and English languages, full-text versions of the articles in the public domain or available only to subscribers.

ETHICS EDITION OF "FES: Finance. Economy. Strategy. "
Ethical behavior of authors, publishers, editors, reviewers, is the basis of scientific publications. Publication Ethics was developed in accordance with the recommendations of COPE's Best Practice Guidelines and Elsevier.
1. The decision to publish
The decision to publish the edition revision takes FES led by the chief editor. This editor is responsible for deciding on the publication, regardless of nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of scientific authors except in cases specified in the legislation of Russia (ex. Art. 29 paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation ), when present in the publication of the promotion of national hatred, aggression, etc., aimed at non-scientific goals.
On the editorial decision to publish is not affected advertising or other commercial revenue.
2. Confidentiality
Information about the submitted manuscript is disclosed only to the author, reviewers and members of the Advisory Board of FES, that is, those who have a direct relation to the publication. Guarantees the confidentiality of submissions.
3. Conflicts of interest and complaints
In the case of conflicts of interest of its members commits editors and reviewers to report them to the chief editor and withdraw from the review article or send the manuscript to another reviewer. Peer review of the manuscript can not be used for personal purposes only and is confidential.

4. The contribution of experts in the editorial decisions

4.1. The term of consideration of the manuscript

4.2. Confidentiality
Any manuscripts obtained for evaluation, should be regarded as confidential documents. Manuscripts should not be shown to third parties or to discuss with by third parties except for authorized by editor.
4.3. The standards of objectivity
Reviewers have expressed opinion concerning the author's manuscript, the relevance of the publication of its scientific innovation, contents and compliance theme bibliography, articles autonomy. This assessment should be objective, not personal criticism of the author. Opinion of the reviewer of the possibility of publishing the article must be justified
5. Responsibilities of authors
5.1. Standards research
The authors of of original research are guided by the recommendations of the authors. The manuscript should contain links to the corresponding earlier works by the author in the indicated field. Imprecise and equivocal statements in the manuscript are unethical and unacceptable behavior.
5.2. Access to data
Authors must provide access to all data needed to assessment editorial and should be ready to store the data within a reasonable time after publication.
5.3. Originality and plagiarism
Manuscripts are original, wittingly or unwittingly, plagiarism is unethical and unacceptable, which is guaranteed by the authors. In case of citing needed reference to the source citation.
5.4. Multiple or Parallel publication
The author guarantees that the manuscript submitted for only one magazine. Considered unethical presentation of manuscripts concurrently more than one magazine. Previously published work is not are sent the author for re-publication in other journals.
5.5. Confirmation sources
The author affirms that the publication used when quoting them, influenced the course of the work they presented. All additional information related to the development of ideas in discussion with others through negotiation or correspondence used only with written permission from these individuals.
5.6. Authorship
The author guarantees that they made a significant contribution to the concept, structure, design or interpretation of the study. Other members of the publication recognized as having contributed to the work. The author guarantees that all co-authors included in the manuscript, seen and approved the final version of the manuscript and agreed to its publication.
5.7. Conflict of interest
Author guarantees that proposed for the publication the manuscript there is no conflict between the co-authors or sources of financial support for the manuscript that all sources of financial support are disclosed.
5.8. Fundamental errors in published works
If the authors found significant errors or errors in its own published work, he shall as soon as possible notify the editor or publisher and cooperate with them in order to correct errors.
